Job Summary:

This role will oversee all phases of construction projects from initial planning to final completion managing schedules, teams, and customer relations to deliver quality and timely projects within scope while maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of multiple construction projects, including job management, scheduling, tool allocation, and material acquisition.
  • Execute plans to ensure all work is completed according to specifications, timelines, budgets, and building codes.

Team Collaboration:

  • Lead and manage construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Supervise on-site activities to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate strategy and planning with growing management team for a growing and changing company.
  • Suggest and implement company growth opportunities for efficiency and revenue growth.

Asset Management:

  • Manage inventory, maintenance, use, and stewardship of vehicles, trailers, tools, and storage facility.

Compliance:

  • Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements as collaborating with management team.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to enforce safety and quality standards.

Communication:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide regular progress updates and address any project concerns promptly.
  • Communicate with management through existing and/or future software systems.

Work Environment:

  • Mostly on-site work with organizational responsibilities.
  • Physical ability to navigate construction sites and inspect ongoing work.
  • Cultivate the existing company culture as a spiritual leader encouraging an attitude of Christ-like marketplace ministry utilizing and encouraging prayer and gifts of the Spirit for day to day activities in our for profit ministry.
