We're seeking a dynamic and organized Center Director Assistant to support our center's operations and outreach efforts. If you're a natural communicator with a flair for content creation and a heart for teaching, we'd love to meet you

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect & Lead Calls: Make connect calls with prospective families to schedule appointments, follow up on missed/canceled visits, and manage lead call outreach to drive enrollment.

  • Scheduling Coordination: Maintain appointment calendars, coordinate staff schedules, and ensure timely follow-ups with families and community partners.

  • Community & School Outreach: Build relationships with local schools and organizations to promote our programs and events.

  • Content Creation & Social Media Management: Develop engaging content and manage our social media presence to enhance visibility and engagement.

  • Administrative Support: Assist with daily operations, record-keeping, scheduling, and general office tasks.

  • Teaching Support: Provide classroom assistance and contribute to a positive learning environment when needed.
