First Shift: Tuesday- Friday 5:00 am -3:30 pm, Saturday 4:00 am - 12:45 pm

Job Summary:
The OSR Operations Supervisor supports the OSR Production Manager in overseeing daily operations of the automated Order, Storage, and Retrieval (OSR) systems. This role ensures smooth execution of production schedules, system performance, and team coordination. The Supervisor will lead frontline associates, monitor system metrics, and drive continuous improvement in throughput, accuracy, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Execution

• Supervise daily OSR operations to meet production targets and service level agreements.
• Monitor slotting and scheduling activities to ensure optimal system utilization.
• Respond to system alerts and coordinate with technical teams for timely resolution.

Team Leadership

• Direct and support a team of OSR operators and technicians.
• Conduct shift huddles, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members to foster performance and development.

System Monitoring & Reporting

• Track system KPIs such as throughput, downtime, and inventory accuracy.
• Escalate performance issues and contribute to root cause analysis.
• Maintain logs and reports for shift activities and system performance.

Training & Development

• Assist in onboarding and training new team members on OSR systems and safety protocols.
• Support cross-training initiatives to build team flexibility and resilience.

Collaboration & Communication

• Help the OSR Production Manager to align priorities and updates.
• Communicate effectively with engineering, IT, and logistics teams to support system optimization.
• Participate in daily operations meetings and contribute to planning discussions.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Conduct audits and inspections to maintain system integrity and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations or automated systems.
• Strong leadership, managerial experience and communication skills.
• Familiarity with WMS, slotting tools, and automated retrieval systems.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
