Responsibilities/Requirements:

  • 10+ years of non-internship professional experience.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Analysis.
  • 2+ years of experience in AI and preparing documentation for AI Projects.
  • Must have Insurance domain experience.
  • Assist the product owner in gathering and documenting requirements.
  • Define and review functional requirements for the AI product's front end and back end.
  • Assist data science team in preparing source document for AI models
  • Anonymising documents.
  • Document labeling.
  • Capturing the document content into structured output.
  • Analyse LLM/model outputs and validate against ground truth for chatbot accuracy.
  • Evaluate / analyze model accuracy in relation to business /functional factors through manual testing working with data science team.
  • Iterate taking feedback to the business and helping guide updates to improve accuracy (delivery).
  • General understanding of AI and RAG/Chatbots or AI document labelling etc would be highly preferred.
  • Insurance domain experience for at least 1 year would be highly preferred.
