Mitigation Manager – Restoration Industry (North County San Diego)

Rainbow Restoration is a leading provider of flood and fire restoration, mold remediation, and water mitigation services throughout California and the U.S. We're expanding our North County San Diego operations and looking for a strong leader to elevate our team and drive excellence.

What You'll Do

As the Mitigation Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of our mitigation operations, leading teams through projects that demand precision, innovation, and accountability. You'll guide field performance, ensure compliance with IICRC standards, and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction while managing timelines and budgets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Water, Fire, and Mold Restoration
  • Strong knowledge of Applied Structural Drying
  • IICRC / CLEAN TRUST Certification (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Xactimate software (helpful)
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
  • Proficient computer literacy
  • Flexible schedule — some evenings and weekends required
  • Commitment to practicing the Rainbow International Code of Values

Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional evenings/weekends as needed

Location: North County San Diego

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65, $85,000.00 per year
