Our client, a global leader in nutrition and performance solutions, is seeking a skilled Communications Specialist to support their internal communications efforts. This organization is known for its innovative approach to health, wellness, and nutrition, with a strong culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
The Communications Specialist will play a key role in executing day-to-day communications activities across the business. This is an executional role—not strategic—focused on delivering consistent, high-quality communications that support employee engagement and organizational initiatives.
- 12 month contract for now
- Up to $33/hr pending experience
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and distribute internal announcements, messages, and updates aligned with established frameworks
• Support integration and acquisition communications to ensure smooth internal transitions
• Draft and schedule routine communications such as holiday messages and wellbeing updates
• Prepare agendas, talking points, and presentation materials for town halls and other employee meetings
• Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver timely and accurate information across various communication channels
Ideal Candidate:
• 2–4 years of experience in communications, employee engagement, or related field
• Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for tone, clarity, and consistency
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment
• A "doer" mindset—able to execute tasks efficiently and follow through to completion
• Experience supporting large, global organizations is an asset
