Franks Detail is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Admin. Assistant who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position is essential for creating a welcoming and organized experience for our clients. The CSR/Admin. Assistant will act as the first point of contact, manage customer scheduling and inquiries, and coordinate with our sales and insurance teams to ensure seamless customer experience from initial contact to service completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction & Admin. Support
  • Greet clients warmly & with a positive attitude.
  • Ensuring all necessary files and documentation are prepared for each customer visit.
  • Take accurate, organized notes on customer interactions and maintain detailed records in both digital and physical files.
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Assist. Accounting Dept. & Corporate Management Team
  • Maintain organized, up-to-date files for each customer case, ensuring all required documentation is accessible and complete.
  • Manage and maintain a neat reception area that reflects the high standards of FD Reconditioning
  • Take detailed messages and relay information efficiently, ensuring follow-up when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Preferred Skills:
  • Auto Front Desk & Customer Service Experience
  • Required Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities in a busy environment.
  • Energetic and friendly demeanor, with a natural ability to engage with clients and create a positive first impression.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer literacy.
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Adaptability to work with diverse clients and adjust to evolving company needs.
