As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment. Your presence will be highly visible as you conduct routine patrols, assist with access control, and provide outstanding customer service to employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by executing security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the manufacturing and industrial location in a calm and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any irregularities or incidents to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as required.
• Monitor access points to help to deter entry by unauthorized individuals and maintain awareness of activities within the location.
• Collaborate with site personnel to support a secure environment by following established protocols and participating in emergency response activities as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• A valid guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
