This reputable firm is offering the opportunity for an experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join its chamber-ranked Real Estate Practice Group. This role places you at the forefront of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, development projects, and high-value property investments.

You'll handle a broad spectrum of real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, zoning, and land use. The role involves advising institutional investors, private equity sponsors, developers, lenders, and emerging companies across multiple industries such as healthcare, renewable energy, and franchising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development.
  • Advise clients on land use, zoning, title, environmental issues, and regulatory compliance.
  • Draft and negotiate complex real estate agreements, including purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, loan documents, and joint venture agreements.
  • Provide strategic counsel on real estate investment structuring, due diligence, and risk mitigation.
  • Stay current on real estate law, market trends, and regulatory developments to deliver innovative, client-focused solutions.

Qualifications:

  • 3-6+ years of experience in commercial real estate law, preferably at a leading law firm.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex real estate matters from inception through closing.
  • Excellent legal writing, research, and negotiation skills, with a keen attention to detail and commercial awareness.
  • Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction of practice.
