Salary Range: $20, $30,000.00 per year

Requirements

PRIOR INSURANCE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Proven experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to effectively handle customer inquiries and concerns.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with computer systems and familiarity with CRM software is desirable.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve common goals.

Flexibility: Adaptability to work in both a remote and in-person setting as required.

Interpersonal Skills: A friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude to build rapport with clients.

Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions to policyholders in a timely manner.

Data Management: Accurately document customer interactions and maintain updated records in the company's database.

Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve client concerns with empathy and efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to improve processes and enhance overall customer experience.

Communication: Clearly communicate product information, policies, and procedures to clients.

Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek feedback from customers to enhance service delivery and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
