Role Summary

We're seeking a motivated, sales-driven professional to convert incoming leads into appointments and re-engage past patients. This role is critical in driving bookings, retention, and exceptional patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and convert leads via phone, text, email & social DMs
  • Reconnect past patients to increase retention and follow-up services
  • Schedule appointments and manage lead flow efficiently
  • Track activity and pipeline in GoHighLevel (CRM)
  • Update patient records and communication notes in our EMR
  • Support marketing campaigns and membership promotions

Qualifications

  • Prior sales or high-volume client engagement experience required
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized and motivated by performance goals
  • Experience with CRM systems (GoHighLevel preferred)
  • Experience with medical EMR systems is a plus
  • Wellness, aesthetics, or medical industry experience is preferred
