A well-established consulting firm with deep expertise in real estate development and construction management is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale data center projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile developments in one of the fastest-growing sectors of commercial construction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full lifecycle of data center construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and project teams across multiple concurrent developments.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Drive procurement strategies, risk mitigation, and quality control processes.
  • Provide strategic input during design and planning phases, ensuring alignment with client goals and technical requirements.
  • Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 8+ years of experience in construction project management, with a strong focus on mission-critical or data center projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, high-value developments on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems, commissioning processes, and data center infrastructure.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (advanced certifications or PMP preferred).
