Job Title: Program Manager (PM)

Location:  Washington, DC area; Hybrid-Remote

Clearance: Must have active Secret Clearance or active Tier 3 investigation.

Position type: Full time. 

Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 wage range.  You will receive a competitive total rewards package that is applicable to the U.S. only. The salary range may vary based on experience, skillset, and geographical location.

AttainX Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager (PM) to provide executive-level oversight and leadership in support the Office of Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP). The PM will be responsible for leading a $300 million contract, including overall contract performance, resource planning, quality assurance, and the delivery of integrated solutions that meet operational and strategic objectives across multiple functional areas. This role requires a skilled leader capable of managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary teams within a federal environment. 

 Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related fieldPMP or PgMP certification from PMI (or equivalent)At least five (5) years of program management experience supporting Large Federal Government programs with similar size and scope.Experience providing support for large Department of Defense contracts with a preference for MC&FP or related support activities.Experienced in proving O&E leadership converting brand, content, PR, web/social media.Must possess an understanding of and the ability to effectively communicate strategic communication initiatives.Must have a active Secret Security Clearance or Active favorable Tier 3 investigation. 

 Job Duties:

Provide overall direction and leadership for Outreach and Engagement as well as IT, Cybersecurity and Data Operations Services in support of the MC&FP.Serve as the primary liaison between the Government stakeholder and contractor team.Manage task performance, cost, schedule, and quality.Implement quality assurance measures.Lead status meetings, reporting, and issue resolution.Drive risk management, resource planning, and performance optimization.
