Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, business development, and outside sales. This role requires exceptional retail sales skills and the ability to meet daily sales As a retail sales associate you will be responsible for developing strategies to meet sales goals and maintaining relationship with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Manage key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients while maintaining profitability.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics
  • Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Strong account management abilities, fostering long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent salesmanship qualities with the ability to upsell.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
