What We're Looking For

  • State Esthetician License required
  • 2+ years of experience in a medical spa or clinical aesthetic setting
  • Strong understanding of advanced skincare treatments and technologies
  • Experience with diode laser, body contouring/body treatments, and PRP is a plus
  • Bilingual candidates are highly preferred
  • A passion for delivering exceptional, results-driven treatments
  • Goal-oriented, motivated, and eager to grow with a fast-expanding team
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships
  • A commitment to outstanding customer service and a positive team culture

What You'll Do

  • Perform detailed skin consultations and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Provide a range of advanced medical-grade treatments, including peels, microneedling, RF, laser services, and more (based on licensure/training)
  • Deliver customized facial and body treatments focused on visible, measurable results
  • Recommend and educate clients on top medical-grade skincare for home care success
  • Maintain accurate client notes and uphold professional standards
  • Collaborate with the team to support a high-quality, results-oriented environment
