Now we're looking for a creative and strategic
Social Media Manager
to help us bring the brand to life across platforms. If you've got a sharp eye for content, a love for community building, and a pulse on what's trending, we want to meet you.

What You'll Be Up To

Ready to make some noise online? As Mezcla's Social Media Manager, you'll be the mastermind behind our social presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and wherever else our community hangs out. You'll dream up scroll-stopping content, spark real conversations with our fans, and turn engagement into obsession. From partnering with creators to jumping on trends (or setting your own), you'll bring Mezcla's flavor to life in every post.

This role is made for someone who's equal parts creative genius, cultural sponge, and data nerd…someone who's pumped to build a bold, purpose-driven brand from the ground up, one post at a time.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Creation

  • Develop and manage the monthly social media content calendar.
  • Create original content (visuals, captions, video concepts) that reflects Mezcla's tone of voice and brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers as needed.

Community Management

  • Engage daily with Mezcla's audience by responding to DMs, comments, and mentions.
  • Actively monitor conversations around the brand and jump in where appropriate to build loyalty and brand love.
  • Build a loyalty/membership club online to help drive repeat purchases, reward superfans, and deepen brand connection through exclusive perks, content, etc.

Partnerships & Collaboration

  • Coordinate with influencers, creators, and brand partners to develop social-first campaigns.
  • Support cross-functional launches (ex: new product drops, retail announcements) with compelling social rollouts.

Growth & Performance

  • Analyze performance data weekly and monthly, adjusting strategy to improve reach, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Work closely with the paid media team to align organic and paid content for maximum impact.
  • Track competitor activity and industry trends to keep Mezcla ahead of the curve.
