The Role

As a Senior Guest Service Specialist, you'll be the steady presence on the floor—helping deliver outstanding guest experiences, supporting teammates during busy hours, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. This is not a management role, but you'll be a trusted example of professionalism, teamwork, and great service.

What You'll Do

  • Warmly welcome guests and ensure fast, friendly service
  • Support teammates during peak hours and model best practices
  • Assist with training new team members on hospitality and safety standards
  • Maintain FOH cleanliness, complete opening/closing checklists
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate supply needs
  • Uphold health and safety standards
