Job Summary

Tobs Tax Service is seeking motivated Referral Agents to help bring in new clients for the upcoming tax season. This is a flexible, remote position perfect for anyone who wants to earn extra income simply by referring people who need their taxes prepared. No tax experience is required — just share our services and get paid for every successful referral

Responsibilities

  • Promote Tobs Tax Service through social media, word-of-mouth, and community outreach
  • Share provided marketing materials (flyers, posts, referral links, etc.)
  • Identify and refer individuals who need tax preparation services
  • Submit referral names using our simple referral process
  • Track referrals and follow up when needed
  • Maintain professionalism while representing the company
  • Work toward weekly or monthly referral goals (flexible)

Qualifications

  • No previous experience required
  • Must have a smartphone and internet access
  • Strong communication and networking skills
  • Active on social media is a plus
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and organized
  • Friendly and confident speaking to others
