Intake and Outreach Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming referrals and coordinate medical supply orders (DME);

  • Communicate with doctors, clinics, insurance companies, and clients;

  • Verify prescriptions, insurance coverage, and eligibility requirements;

  • Maintain accurate records and track deliveries;

  • Organize community outreach and marketing initiatives;

  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and healthcare partners.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Medical Supply company in Colorado (required);

  • Excellent command of English, proficiency in Spanish or Arabic is a plus;

  • Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, CMN forms, and prior authorization procedures;

  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills;

  • Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace;

  • Positive attitude, teamwork, and reliability.
