We have served generations of families as their trusted jeweler for brilliant diamonds, beautiful fine jewelry, elegant watches, treasured gifts, custom made styles and expert jewelry repairs. Marquise Jewelers is committed to make every customer "feel at home" with our personalized service and our classic to cutting edge jewelry designs. Our years of experience and services have built a legacy of integrity and trust with our customers. We are currently hiring for our store in Grapevine Mills Mall and need a sales associate to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Excellence: Greet customers, assess their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations based on their preferences and style.
  • Sales Expertise: Actively drive sales by showcasing our range of fine jewelry, understanding customer needs, and demonstrating product knowledge to close sales.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product lines, including materials, design features, 4Cs of a diamond, and the craftsmanship behind each piece.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Develop long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining the presentation of the jewelry displays, ensuring that products are beautifully showcased and easily accessible.
  • Order Management: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale system. Handle special orders, repairs, and returns when applicable.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and management to achieve sales goals, share product knowledge, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Market Awareness: Keep an eye on current trends in the jewelry industry to help advise clients and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Availability: Available to work Saturdays, evenings and heavy hours during the Holiday Season
  • Experience: Have 3 year of sales experience is required
