Who we are

The Perfect B Project is growing three established brands: Perfect B (Miami), Massalud (Santo Domingo), and Talent Phi (Medellín). Each company is active and stable in its market. What we are building now is a new branch focused on recruitment and HR.

This is for people who enjoy the challenge of building something new inside a proven organization. You'll help set up a formal HR function with the tools and resources already in place.

What you need

  • 2+ years in HR, recruitment, or talent coordination
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish)
  • Must live in Miami and be available for in-person meetings in Doral
  • Strong with technology: ATS/CRM platforms, digital tools, communication systems

Responsibilities

  • Post job listings and source candidates
  • Conduct virtual interviews and coordinate live interviews
  • Keep candidate databases updated and organized
  • Communicate with hiring managers across three companies
  • Manage candidate communication (emails, scheduling, updates)
  • Track time-off requests, absences, and HR documentation
  • Suggest improvements to recruitment and HR processes

Schedule & availability

  • Full-time, hybrid role
  • Core hours: 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., Monday–Friday
  • You must be actively working and reachable during core hours; activity is tracked through systems and deliverables
  • Includes a 1-hour mid-day break
  • Primarily remote, with in-person meetings in Doral when required

Compensation & training

  • Base salary: $45,000/year (~$1,730 biweekly)
  • Introductory period: First 90 days at $42,000/year (~$1,615 biweekly) while we invest heavily in training and onboarding
  • Performance bonus: Quarterly pipeline goals, OTE ~$48K–$52K/year
  • Classification: Salaried, full-time, exempt
