Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and scanners.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks.
- Perform regular inventory counts and help with cycle counts as needed.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Report any damaged or missing inventory to supervisors.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet daily shipping/receiving goals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs] and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime when needed.
- Forklift certification is a plus (can be obtained on the job, depending on the company).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS).
Work Environment and Location:
- Location: Phoenix, Arizona
- Onsite;
- Work shift: 08:00 AM – 04:30 PM.
