Job Overview:

This warehouse associate position at Top Drawer Cabinetry (TDC) plays a key role in warehouse operations, ensuring cabinets are built as needed and providing a great customer experience when assisting in deliveries and pickups. This position requires following a precise build process and fulfillment process helping maintain operational flow and customer satisfaction. This is a base hourly pay + by the piece pay for the assemblies. The base is $18 per hr with a $5 per box bonus. The warehouse supervisor decides the time split between warehouse duties and assemblies based on the work load for the day.

Key Responsibilities:

Assembling RTA Cabinets:

  • Assembling Cabinet as needed per dimension sheet/list
  • Documenting picture for quality control
  • Wrapping the cabinet for shipment

Loading Pickups/ Unloading Deliveries

  • Loading or unloading on a pickup or delivery
  • Marking each cabinet off on the packing slip
  • Getting pictures and signature
  • Uploading into our system

Pulling Orders (Pickup or Assembly Orders):

  • Pull cabinets and accessories according to itemized lists.
  • Mark each box with the invoice number.
  • Bag and label accessories properly.
  • Take photos of the completed orders for records.

Stocking Orders (Unloading Containers):

  • Unload incoming containers and organize cabinets on pallets.
  • Stock cabinets neatly in designated racking locations inside the warehouse.

General Duties:

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Report damages, shortages, or issues promptly.
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment (training provided)

Qualifications & Skills:

-Clean driving record is REQUIREMENT

-Must be 21 yrs of age with clean driving record. (25+ is a plus)

-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

-Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.

-Professional appearance and attitude.

-Willing and able to lift heavy boxes (up to 70lbs by yourself) repeatedly.
