Responsibilities

  • Conduct 
    comprehensive assessments
     to evaluate clients' mental health needs and create individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapy sessions utilizing 
    evidence-based practices
     to support clients in their healing and personal growth.
  • Maintain 
    accurate and confidential client records
    , ensuring compliance with ethical and legal guidelines.
  • Collaborate with 
    other healthcare professionals
     to provide holistic, client-centered care.
  • Stay informed on 
    best practices and emerging research
     in the field of therapy and behavioral health.
  • Support clients through 
    challenging situations
    , offering guidance, coping strategies, and a safe therapeutic space.
  • Regularly 
    monitor client progress
     and adjust treatment plans as needed to promote positive outcomes.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must be proficient in 
    evidence-based practices
    .
  • Strong understanding of 
    case management and behavioral health documentation
    .
  • Familiarity with 
    insurance coding and billing for mental health services
     is beneficial.
  • Ability to conduct and interpret 
    clinical research
     related to therapy practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide 
    empathetic and effective direct support
    .
  • Strong 
    organizational skills
     and attention to detail for maintaining client records.
  • Must be able to work with a 
    diverse and vibrant population
    .
