THE JOB:

As a Gourmet Food Server at Catch, you'll be at the center of an unforgettable dining experience that attracts celebrities from Los Angeles to New York City. Known for our extraordinary Asian-influenced sushi, seafood, and steak dishes, Catch is not just a restaurant; it's a vibrant destination where guests come to meet, eat, and celebrate late into the night. In this dynamic role, you will expertly take and deliver orders while ensuring your tables are impeccably maintained, embodying the high standards of service that define Catch. Your responsibilities will include managing side work and keeping your assigned stations spotless, all while creating a polished and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

THE STARTING RATE: $ hourly + tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Greet guest in a positive, friendly manner and make them feel welcome
  • Guide guest through all phases of their experience at the restaurant
  • Knowledgeable of selling techniques, service delivery of both non and alcoholic beverages, and service delivery of menu items of every course
  • Itemize bills correctly and efficiently secure payment
  • Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned area, side station, tables and Point of Sale (POS) station
  • Anticipate the guest needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency
  • Communicate with management, chef and culinary staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guest and or employees
  • Perform other job-related duties as requested

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
  • 2+ years of food and beverage experience in a high-paced environment with food service experience preferred
  • 2+ years of experience serving in a fine-dining restaurant
