  • Hourly pay: $35-$45 (based on experience)
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
  • Flexibility: No nights or weekends

Responsibilities
  • Provide an unparalleled level of technical knowledge and practical expertise through hands-on experience with heavy equipment
  • Actively assist technicians with diagnosis and repair of equipment; personally inspect major repair jobs for proper completion and quality
  • Support, coach, and guide technicians to increase their knowledge and develop their skills
  • Partner with the Service Manager to create work schedules, delegate work appropriately, and maintain shop productivity
  • Ensure a high quality of repairs with minimal mistakes and re-work
  • Utilize expert knowledge of hydraulics and electrical systems to troubleshoot and repair equipment, certifications a plus
  • Promote and enforce a safe, clean, and organized shop environment
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a shop foreman, lead technician, or senior heavy equipment technician preferred
  • Strong hands-on background diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment (hydraulic and electrical expertise required)
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop technicians in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid communication and organizational skills with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
