We are looking for an energetic, knowledgeable shop foreman to join our growing team. In this position, you will assist shop and operations with a variety of tasks such as managing equipment assignments, organizing and managing the warehouse and laydown yard, and the ability to help with small engine repairs is a plus. If you are willing to learn new skills and enjoy working with your hands, you could be an ideal fit for this shop foreman job. Must be willing to submit to a background check, drug test, and have a clean driving record. We offer competitive wages, health & dental insurance, and 401K.Shop Foreman Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide general assistance around the shop, including organizational and technical tasks.Load and unload delivery trucks.Stock raw materials in appropriate quantities.Clean and maintain equipment as directed.Assist with small engine repair and maintenance.Manage and track equipment and tool assignments.Serve as a liaison between field crews, operations manager, and fleet manager.Shop Foreman Requirements and QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED equivalent.Required valid drivers license and clean driving record.Previous experience in manufacturing or shop work, including metal or wood shop classes.Aptitude for mechanics.Familiarity with hand tools and small engines.Capacity to analyze a situation and prioritize tasks.Strong organizational skills.Physically capable of standing for extended periods of time and lifting up to 70 pounds.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
