Server

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and service-oriented Server to join our team at KPot. The Server will be responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience by guiding guests through our unique cooking and dining process, taking accurate orders, delivering food and drinks promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction.

  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
  • Clearly explain the Korean BBQ and hotpot dining experience, including menu items, cooking procedures, and sauce combinations.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and input them into the POS system.
  • Deliver food and drinks promptly and assist guests with grilling or hotpot setup as needed.
  • Monitor tables to ensure guests are satisfied and respond promptly to requests or issues.
  • Bus and reset tables efficiently between seatings.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and other FOH staff to ensure smooth service.
  • Upsell menu items, drinks, or promotions when appropriate.
  • Handle payments, operate POS, and issue receipts accurately.

Host

As the first point of contact for our guests, the Host/Hostess plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and organized dining experience. You will greet guests with warmth, manage calls and waitlists efficiently, and coordinate seating to optimize the flow of service in a busy Korean BBQ and Hotpot setting.

  • Greet guests promptly and politely upon arrival.
  • Manage call ins and waitlists using reservation software.
  • Provide accurate wait time estimates and maintain a calm, professional demeanor during busy periods.
  • Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
  • Explain basic restaurant concepts (e.g., self-cook BBQ and hotpot process) to first-time guests.
  • Maintain an organized and clean host stand, entrance area, and front-of-house environment.
  • Answer phone calls regarding reservations, hours, menu, and other guest inquiries.
  • Communicate guest needs and seating priorities clearly to servers and floor staff.
  • Handle special seating requests and accommodate guests with accessibility needs.
  • Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.

Food Runner

We are looking for a fast, efficient, and detail-oriented Food Runner to join our team. In this role, you'll ensure that food orders are delivered promptly and accurately from the kitchen to the guests' tables. As a key part of the dining experience in our Korean BBQ and Hotpot restaurant, you'll help ensure guests receive everything they need to enjoy their meal, including raw meats, vegetables, broths, dipping sauces, and side dishes.

Busser

We are seeking an energetic and dependable Busboy/Busser to join our team. As a Busboy, you will assist the service team by maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, clearing and resetting tables quickly, and ensuring the dining area remains inviting and ready for new guests. This role is critical in supporting servers and ensuring an excellent dining experience in our busy Korean BBQ and Hotpot restaurant.
