Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds and lives of young children. You will create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and develop important skills for their future. Duties:

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities

  • Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for children

  • Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities

  • Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians

  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational program

  • Maintain open communication with parents/guardians regarding their child's development and progress

  • Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques

  • Adapt teaching methods to accommodate individual learning styles and special needs

  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in the classroom

  • Keep accurate records of attendance, incidents, and observations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred

  • Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting

  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues

  • Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education

  • Ability to create engaging lesson plans that promote learning through play

  • Familiarity with behavior management techniques for young children

  • Understanding of special education needs and strategies for inclusion

  • Proficient in lesson planning, curriculum development, and assessment methods
