Part-Time Weekend Receptionist position available at Windermere Real Estate Midtown, a high-level real estate office in Seattle We pride ourselves on our great atmosphere, and locations with a lot of opportunity for growth

Our office locations are Green Lake, Wallingford (Lakeview), Queen Anne, South Lake Union, and Pike/Pine.

Hours are 10:00-4:00pm Saturday & Sunday + shifts falling between 8:30-5:00pm some Mondays and Fridays (or some variation equal to 16 hours during the week) on an as needed basis to total up to 28 hours per work week.

Various front desk tasks to include, but not limited to:

  • answering a multi-line phone,

  • handling the office email,

  • operate scanner/copier/fax machine,

  • E-filing and data input

  • design flyers, brochures, etc

  • assisting agents with mailing and/or other related projects.

  • maintain a clean office environment

  • Support the marketing department with creative projects

Our ideal candidate must be able to commit for at least a year, and have at least 1-2 years of general office experience. Open availability during the week, Wednesday-Friday, is also preferred.

Candidates seeking Full-time opportunities encouraged to apply, as this position has great potential to evolve into full-time basis with a regular Wednesday - Sunday OR Saturday - Wednesday schedule.
