We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team in Boynton Beach, Florida. In this role, you will support various marketing initiatives, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and administrative tasks. Responsibilities:


• Organize and maintain electronic files and digital folders to ensure easy access to marketing materials.


• Update MLS listings with accurate and current information.


• Create and manage electronic tours to enhance property visibility.


• Upload and organize images for use in marketing campaigns.


• Assist in executing email campaigns and tracking their performance.


• Participate in planning and coordination of marketing events.


• Support direct marketing campaigns aimed at target audiences.


• Contribute to social media content creation and scheduling.


• Collaborate with team members to implement digital marketing strategies.


• Previous experience in marketing or a related field is preferred.


• Proficiency in managing digital content and online platforms.


• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.


• Ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.


• Familiarity with email campaign tools and basic social media platforms.


• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.


• Capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.


• Knowledge of digital marketing concepts is a plus.
