We are looking to hire an Inventory Coordinator for Rogerson Aircraft Equipment Group.

The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for timely and accurate transactions, maintaining records, and physically up-keeping all parts in and out of the warehouse. It also acts as the primary backup for the Shipping / Receiving Coordinator.

General Descriptive Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for thetimely and accurate processing of all incoming and outgoing transactions in the assigned warehouse.
  • Responsible for effective record-keeping and filing.
  • Responsible for the warehouse'sphysical upkeep, making sure thestockroom is well organized and clean, parts are in the correct bin locations, and with updated, accurate counts.
  • Interface with Planning / Purchasing, Production, and Quality on any inventory issue.
  • Coordinates workload distribution and assists in the other stockroom when necessary without being asked.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required.
  • Warehousing experience in a manufacturing environment ispreferred.
  • Ability to read and understand MRP reports, stock status reports, work order travelers, BOM, Routings, and Sales order reports.
  • Computer Literate (MS Office-Excel and Word).
  • Knowledge of ERP / database programs- Visual advantageous.
