Role Overview

We're seeking a proactive
Inventory & Project Coordinator / Lead
to help build and optimize our warehouse ERP/WMS system and manage order-to-delivery workflows. This role blends hands-on warehouse experience, data analytics, and project coordination to ensure accurate inventory, efficient order flow, and seamless communication between the US and China teams.

You will help
implement the ERP system
, streamline
order management (from sales order to shipment)
, and coordinate across warehouse, production, and finance to support scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. ERP & System Implementation

  • Support the setup, configuration, and rollout of warehouse ERP/WMS (e.g., Odoo or equivalent).
  • Define master data structure (SKU, lot, supplier, location).
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to test workflows and improve usability.

2. Order & Project Management

  • Track full order lifecycle — from order creation → picking/packing → QC release → shipping → delivery confirmation.
  • Coordinate with domestic (US) and international (China) teams to ensure on-time fulfillment.
  • Prepare and monitor order status dashboards and weekly progress reports.

3. Inventory Accuracy & Data Analytics

  • Maintain inventory accuracy and reconcile variances between ERP and physical count.
  • Develop Excel/Google Sheets dashboards (Pivot, VLOOKUP, charts) for KPI metrics such as accuracy, turnover, and lead time.
  • Identify efficiency gaps and propose process improvements.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with warehouse, QA/QC, production, and finance to ensure consistent data and document control.
  • Support bilingual communication (English/Chinese) for order and system updates.

5. Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure all records comply with GMP/FDA and company standards.
  • Maintain photo/document archives and support audit readiness.
  • Assist in monthly inventory and cost reconciliation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field
    .
  • Strong
    Excel/Google Sheets
    skills (Pivot, formula, data visualization).
  • Familiar with
    ERP/WMS systems (Odoo, NetSuite, SAP, or similar)
    .
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and process-minded.
  • Strong communication skills; bilingual in
    English and Mandarin
    preferred.

Experience in
warehouse, logistics, or operations
is a plus.
