Overnight Operations Team Member

Gymshark is opening its first US flagship store in New York City and we are looking for Part Time Overnight Team Members to come and join the team.

As an Overnight Team Member at Gymshark's upcoming store on Bond Street, New York City, you'll be a key player in preparing the store for the day ahead. Working through the night, you'll focus on delivery processing, back stocking, and replenishment ensuring the store is fully stocked, organized, and ready to deliver an exceptional customer experience when the doors open. You'll embody our culture and values in every task, working collaboratively with your team to maintain a seamless and inspiring environment.

PAY RANGE – The range is between $17.50–$19.00. The base pay offered is based on market, experience, and skills.

PART TIME SHIFTS – For your application to be successful you will need availability to work overnight shifts for at least a 4 to 8 hour shift from 9pm – 6am or 10pm – 7am during the week.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Process deliveries efficiently and accurately, ensuring all stock is received, checked, and organized.

• Replenish the sales floor to maintain a full and inspiring product presentation for the day ahead.

• Organize and maintain the backstock area to ensure easy access and efficient stock flow.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment throughout the night.

• Collaborate with fellow overnight team members to meet operational goals and prepare the store for opening.

• Ensure the safety and well-being of yourself and your team, adhering to health, safety, and loss prevention protocols at all times.

• Embody Gymshark's culture and values in every interaction, passionately representing the brand and fostering a positive, inclusive team environment.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Stock Handling & Inventory Experience: Proven recent experience of working in a fast-paced retail or warehouse environment with a focus on delivery processing, stockroom organization, and replenishment.

• Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high standards in stock accuracy, cleanliness, and product presentation.

• Physical Capability: Comfortable with lifting up to 50lb and being on your feet throughout your shift.

• Problem Solving: Ability to identify and resolve stock discrepancies or operational issues efficiently and effectively.

• Adaptability: Comfortable working overnight hours and adjusting to changing operational needs.

• Team Collaboration: Ability to work as part of a team, supporting colleagues and working together to achieve store readiness.

• Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with team members to ensure smooth overnight operations.

• Positive Attitude & Enthusiasm: Bringing energy and focus to every shift, even in the early hours.

• Willingness to Learn about product, systems, processes, and our community.

• Aligned to and inspired by our brand values with a shared passion for community, wellness, and fitness.

• Commitment to working where and when the retail teams need you, including weekends and bank holidays.

• Full eligibility to work in the US.
