The Director of Human Resources – Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) is a key HR leadership role responsible for driving the people strategy across our global ISC organization for nVent's Systems Protection Business Segment. Reporting directly to the VP of Human Resources, this role serves as a strategic business partner to ISC leadership, ensuring alignment of HR initiatives with business goals. This individual will support a global workforce of approximately 7 thousand employees across 32 manufacturing sites.

What You Will Experience In This Position

  • Serve as a strategic advisor and business partner to ISC leadership providing guidance employee engagement strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Partner with leaders on the delivery and execution of core HR processes (e.g., recruitment, succession planning, performance management, talent reviews).
  • Leverage HR analytics and metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Champion a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead change management efforts in support of organizational transformation and growth.
  • Lead and develop a geographically dispersed team of HR Managers and Business Partners across union and non-union environments.
  • Drive the development and implementation of standardized, scalable processes that empower operational excellence across the organization.
  • Foster a collaborative HR community to share best practices and promote professional development.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Address employee concerns and grievances in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international labor laws and regulations.

You Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including significant exposure to manufacturing and global supply chain settings.
  • Demonstrated success in supporting senior business leaders and influencing change in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of global labor laws, compliance practices, and cross-cultural HR management.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with excellent communication, coaching, influencing, and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to think strategically while also addressing tactical and operational issues.
  • Proven track record of building strong, effective teams.
  • Ability to travel 20%.

Pay Transparency
nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.

Compensation Range
$204, $304,000.00

Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
