Project Description

This project involves reviewing AI-generated responses, evaluating reasoning quality and step-by-step problem-solving, and providing expert feedback that helps models produce answers that are accurate, logical, and clearly explained. You will assess solutions for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to the prompt; identify errors in methodology or conceptual understanding; fact-check biological information; write high-quality biological explanations and model solutions that demonstrate correct methods; and rate and compare multiple AI responses based on biological correctness and reasoning quality.

Compensation

Compensation is competitive and varies based on education level, institution, and prior experience.

Hiring Profile

  • PhD in Biology or a closely related life science from a top 5–10 university.
  • Experience developing or critically reviewing complex biological content (e.g., peer-reviewed publications, advanced curricula, lab protocols, grant sections, or computational analyses).
  • At least one publication in a peer-reviewed journal.
  • English proficiency at C1+ level with excellent writing skills.
  • Bonus: Experience with data labeling, RLHF, or AI model evaluation.

Commitment
