We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Support Associate to join our Wichita team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers — assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that every customer receives a positive, timely, and professional experience.

As a Customer Support Associate, you'll collaborate closely with internal departments to resolve customer requests efficiently and maintain accurate records of all interactions. You'll play an essential role in upholding our company's reputation for reliability, care, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Communication

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous tone during all interactions.

Issue Resolution

  • Troubleshoot customer concerns and work with internal teams to find effective solutions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
  • Follow up to ensure each customer issue is fully resolved to satisfaction.

Data Management & Documentation

  • Record all customer interactions, feedback, and service details in the CRM system.
  • Update account information, process service requests, and maintain accurate records.
  • Track recurring issues and share insights with management to improve customer experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with operations, logistics, and technical teams to resolve service-related problems.
  • Communicate clearly with both customers and internal stakeholders to ensure expectations are met.

Process & Service Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to enhance support procedures and customer experience.
  • Assist in developing resources such as FAQs or internal documentation for common issues.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1–3 years in customer service, client relations, or administrative support.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Technical: Proficiency with CRM systems and common software tools (Microsoft Office, Outlook, or similar).
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Education: High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Other Requirements: Must be able to work full-time on-site in Wichita, KS.
