**Duties:** - Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant - Escort guests to their assigned tables or waiting areas - Provide menus to guests and explain daily specials - Assist guests with seating arrangements and accommodate special requests - Manage the waitlist and notify guests when their table is ready - Answer phone calls and take reservations or provide information about the restaurant - Maintain a clean and organized host/host station - Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations **Experience:** - Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred - Strong hospitality and customer service skills - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus - Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with grace - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Join our team as a Host/Host and be part of creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
