Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Laborer to join our team. This is an entry-level role ideal for individuals looking to start a career in maintenance and facilities support. No prior experience is required—training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general maintenance tasks including cleaning, repairs, and equipment upkeep
  • Support routine inspections and report any issues to supervisors
  • Perform basic landscaping, groundskeeping, and facility upkeep
  • Operate hand tools and light machinery safely and effectively
  • Help with setup and breakdown of work areas or job sites
  • Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various conditions
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license
