Responsibilities

  • Operate construction machinery and equipment as directed, ensuring proper functionality and safety protocols are followed.
  • Assist in loading and unloading materials, ensuring efficient workflow on the jobsite.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of jobsites, including tools and equipment.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform manual labor tasks consistently throughout the shift.
  • Ability to work from different height elevations
  • Report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors promptly for resolution.
  • Able to follow instructions and work well with others.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to think quick on your feet.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a labor or operator role is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
  • Familiarity with operating construction tooling is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of safety practices in a construction jobsite is beneficial.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
