Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

General Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Certified Notary Public certification is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, typing, and general computer operations.
  • Excellent communication skills across email, phone, and in-person interactions, demonstrating proper grammar and spelling.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong dedication to providing quality-focused customer service with a positive attitude.
  • Uphold high ethical standards, confidentiality, and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy when handling complex title documentation.
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn from experienced professionals and contribute to team success.

Specific Job Requirements:

  • Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries as needed.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, guiding them through the closing process and addressing concerns or questions promptly.
  • Accurately input and maintain data in our database and record systems.
  • Liaise with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to gather information, provide updates, and resolve inquiries professionally.
  • Execute tasks efficiently while managing workload effectively.
  • Attend to various administrative duties, such as retrieving voicemails and returning calls, as assigned.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of title documents to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and accuracy standards.
