This position is
onsite
at the company's corporate office in
Irving, TX
, with cross-functional collaboration across divisions in the U.S. and Canada.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide daily operational support for
    Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
    across multiple departments and locations.
  • Act as the primary liaison for issues related to
    Finance, Accounting, Inventory, and Warehouse
    functions.
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize Business Central modules, particularly
    General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Warehouse Management (WMS)
    .
  • Partner with business teams to gather requirements, document processes, and implement functional solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Support
    system upgrades, patches, and data integrity checks
    , ensuring optimal performance and compliance with internal standards.
  • Collaborate with technical and development teams to translate functional requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Conduct user training, prepare documentation, and provide post-go-live support.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement and standardization across all business units.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience
    as a Functional Consultant or Associate with
    Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV)
    .
  • In-depth knowledge of
    Accounting and Finance modules
    (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliation).
  • Experience with
    Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
    and warehousing functionality in BC (bins, picks/put-aways, shipments, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of
    business operations, cross-functional workflows
    , and ERP best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Experience supporting
    on-premise
    BC environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field
    .

Recommended Experience

  • Hands-on experience with
    third-party WMS integrations
    .
  • Exposure to
    manufacturing or supply chain environments
    is an asset.
  • Familiarity with
    Power Platform
    (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Knowledge of
    Azure DevOps
    or other project management tools.
  • Microsoft certifications (MB-800 or related) preferred.
