Duration: Ongoing long term contract

100 % ONSITE - Irving, TX

The Lead Analyst is responsible to lead the systems and operational support toward the development and implementation of new or existing products, processes and client programs while working in a high volume, deadline-driven environment. Responsibilities include activities such as exceptions troubleshooting, needs assessment, requirement definition, testing, training and documentation of various systems and business processes supported in the Irving DCC. The Analyst IV is responsible for the management and day to day oversight for a team of direct reports which includes duties such as performance management, workload capacity and workload prioritization.

Primary Job Duties:


• Requires 7 to 8 years of progressive Analyst experience in an Information Technology environment.


• Requires the ability and willingness to troubleshoot complicated application exceptions, organizing and managing root cause analysis and hands-on resolution thereof.


• Lead will be a subject matter expert in one specific functional area of a supply chain warehouse environment and manage other SMEs in other functional areas.


• Requires ability to effectively manage multiple assignments and priorities.


• Requires ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to management, team members, business and technology professionals


• Requires ability to coordinate system testing cycle, issues tracking and resolution.


• Requires strong coaching, mentoring, training and facilitation skills.


• Requires ability to be adaptable to a variety of project team roles, such as analyst, tester, documentation writer, trainer, team lead or mentor.


• Requires ability to develop good working relationships with business sponsors, business partners and technical staff.


• Requires a high level of expertise in a variety of application and business areas.


• Requires ability to coach, lead and mentor analysts with less experience.


• Oversight of day-to-day performance of direct reports (lead up to 10 business analysts)

Minimum qualifications:


• 5+ years of working experience in IT, business systems analysis.


• 3+ years of working experience dealing with customers - internal or external in any capacity


• 3+ years exposure to ERP systems such as Oracle eBusiness Suite (EBS), Netsuite, or SAP.


• 3+ years of working experience in a large scale complex distributed environment


• 2+ years in supervisory or management role, with responsibility for day-to-day performance of direct reports


• Proficient with SQL and T-SQL, temp tables, procedures, etc.


• Strongly prefer industry experience in either supply chain, reverse logistics, and/or manufacturing, including direct exposure to a warehouse environment and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), along with inventory and order management concepts.


• Experience with standard Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Project, Visio) or equivalent
