The Role:
As our Marketing Outreach Coordinator, you'll be the first friendly voice potential dentists hear when learning about the Clear Lakes Dental ownership opportunities. You'll help them take the first step toward owning their own dental practice by:

  • Making cold calls and sending texts to dentists with warmth and professionalism.
  • Following a simple, proven conversation script to spark interest.
  • Scheduling conversations for dentists with Dr. Park, CEO to explore ownership opportunities.
  • Keeping careful track of communications and updates in our CRM.
  • Bringing your personality and energy to every interaction—you'll be the face (well…voice) of CLD before dentists even meet Dr. Park.

What We're Looking For:

  • An amazing personality—warm, enthusiastic, and approachable.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and texting.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to follow scripts and workflows consistently.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, able to track leads and updates.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-growing, high-energy environment.
