Restoration Project Manager – Reconstruction Experience

Are you an experienced Restoration Project Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to help launch a reconstruction branch for water damage restoration services in Los Angeles? Join our team and be part of a growing, dynamic company that values expertise, initiative, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Launch and manage the reconstruction services branch in Los Angeles.
  • Hire and coordinate subcontractors in the Los Angeles area.
  • Contact homeowners to schedule reconstruction assessments.
  • Conduct detailed walkthroughs with homeowners to go over job specifics.
  • Write comprehensive estimates using Xactimate software.
  • Manage projects in alignment with TPA program requirements, including Contractor Connection, Code Blue, and Accuserve.
  • Oversee the entire reconstruction process, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Communicate effectively with homeowners, subcontractors, and internal team members to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Restoration Project Manager in reconstruction services.
  • Strong knowledge of Xactimate and experience writing detailed estimates.
  • Familiarity with TPA programs (Contractor Connection, Code Blue, Accuserve).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong network or ability to build relationships with subcontractors in the Los Angeles area.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
