This position combines analytical expertise with client service excellence, supporting strategic decision-making through comprehensive financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting. As a key member of our finance team, you'll contribute directly to JLL's mission of shaping the future of real estate by ensuring accurate financial insights and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery. Strong communication, teamwork, computer skills, and attention to detail are necessary in the position.What your day-to-day will look like:Develop comprehensive annual budgets and quarterly forecasts by analyzing operational history and incorporating client strategic decisionsExecute month-end close activities, including preparation of accrual journal entries and ensuring timely, accurate financial reportingProduce detailed monthly financial statements with variance analysis to identify trends and support client decision-makingConduct complex data analysis and performance reviews to develop forecasts and trend analysis for client portfoliosAssist in preparing ad hoc financial analyses and executive presentations to support client needs and strategic initiativesMaintain and update procedural documentation for assigned processes while identifying opportunities for process improvementsProvide analytical support for cross-functional projects and collaborate with various teams to deliver comprehensive solutionsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field2-4 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, preferably in a client-service environmentAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPointStrong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standardsExceptional attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressureExcellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to interact effectively with clients and business partnersProven analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in financial modeling and data analysisPreferred Qualifications:Experience in commercial real estate or property management financeKnowledge of SSAE16 internal review standards and audit complianceExperience with financial reporting software and ERP systemsPrevious experience in a client services or consulting environmentStrong presentation skills with experience creating executive-level reportsFamiliarity with budget development and forecasting processes in multi-client environmentsLocation:On-site –Charlotte, NCIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don't meet all the requirements.
