Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness and wellness, with expertise in various disciplines such as kickboxing, yoga, Pilates, CrossFit, or dance. As an Instructor, you will play a crucial role in educating and motivating clients to achieve their fitness goals while fostering a positive and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and effective fitness classes that cater to diverse skill levels and interests.
  • Educate participants on proper techniques, safety protocols, and the benefits of various exercises.
  • Create customized workout plans that align with individual goals and fitness levels.
  • Monitor participant progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workout space, ensuring all equipment is safe and functional.
  • Promote health club services and programs through effective communication and fitness sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with fellow instructors and staff to create a cohesive team environment focused on client success.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of anatomy and exercise physiology to ensure safe practices.
  • Experience in health club settings with a focus on group instruction or personal training.
  • Proficiency in kickboxing, yoga, Pilates, CrossFit, or dance; certifications in these areas are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and motivate clients.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate varying fitness levels and learning styles.
  • Background in sports coaching is a plus, enhancing the ability to inspire participants.
  • A passion for fitness and wellness, coupled with a commitment to continuous personal development.
