About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Claims Manager to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys operational variety, thrives on accountability, and wants to make a difference in our customers' lives. You will own our claims process from start to finish—ensuring every claim is executed flawlessly and every client is delighted. In addition to overseeing day‑to‑day claim handling, you will manage a team of in‑office claim coordinators, partner with field crew and sales representatives, and coordinate with billing and finance to make sure accounts receivable targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead claim intake and processing – oversee the efficient handling of incoming claims, verify coverage and pricing compliance, liaise with insurers and adjuster.
  • Team management – manage and mentor a small office‑based claims team; set goals, provide coaching and training, and maintain a positive, collaborative culture.
  • Coordination with field crews and billing – work closely with the textile restoration crew and administrative staff to resolve billing and customer‑service issues quickly, ensuring that any "rush" items are prioritized for 24‑ to 72‑hour
  • Sales support – collaborate with sales representatives to collect accurate claim details, clarify customer requirements, and keep everyone accountable to deadlines and documentation.
  • Accounts receivable (A/R) oversight – track receivables, follow up on outstanding balances, and work with finance to ensure timely collection and achievement of revenue targets.
  • Process improvement – analyze claim trends, identify bottlenecks, and implement process enhancements that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in claims management, insurance administration or a related field; experience with restoration services or textiles is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success leading teams and coordinating cross‑functional projects.
  • Strong understanding of insurance claim documentation, billing and customer‑service best practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and problem‑solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and claim management software; familiarity with CRM/ERP systems for tracking A/R.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management or a related discipline preferred.

Base Pay: $ $38.00 per hour
