Responsibilities
- BMW-Specific Tasks: Perform oil services, tire changeovers, alignments, light-duty diagnostics as needed and other basic maintenance services efficiently and professionally.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and communicate recommended services to the service team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to ensure an efficient workflow.
- Stay up to date on new vehicle technologies through company-provided training.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Mechanical aptitude with 1 - 2 years of Lube Technician experience required.
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset.
- Motivation to learn, grow, and advance within the automotive field.
