What You'll Do:

As a Certified Ford Diesel Technician, you'll:

  • Diagnose and repair Ford diesel engines and related systems with precision
  • Accurately carry out repair orders and perform high-quality, efficient work
  • Collaborate with Service Advisors and the Parts Department for smooth workflow
  • Stay sharp through continual Ford training and certification
  • Maintain a clean, safe workspace and deliver top-tier results every time

What You Bring to the Team:
  • Ford Diesel Technician Certification
  • Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and computing skills
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screenings
